Who should buy this strength
One of these capsules holds five times the RSO of our 20mg indica capsules. We recommend it only to adults who already use RSO regularly and know a 100mg amount suits them. If you are not sure, this is not the bottle to start with.
Because RSO is usually high in THC, a 100mg capsule can be a very strong edible. Check the label for the exact THC figure. For comparison, Health Canada suggests that newer users look for edibles with 2.5mg of THC or less; even our 20mg capsule is well above that, so neither RSO capsule is a beginner product.
Why capsules at high strength
At this level, measuring by eye from a syringe leaves a lot of room for error. A capsule removes that guesswork: the amount is the same every time.

- Never double up; wait until the next day before adjusting
- Avoid alcohol and other sedating substances alongside it
- Store locked away from children and pets

Keeping a high-strength bottle safe
A 2,500mg bottle deserves careful storage. Keep it in its original labelled bottle, never in an unmarked pill case, and store it locked away. If you also keep the 20mg capsules at home, store the two bottles apart so they are never confused.
Check the expiry date, keep the cap tight, and store the bottle somewhere cool and dry.
