Storing Royal Blueberry Gelato

Sweet, fruity aromas are the first thing to fade. A few simple habits make a real difference:

• Keep it in an airtight glass jar, not a plastic bag
• Store it somewhere cool and dark, away from windows and stoves
• Open the jar only when you need to, and avoid touching the buds more than necessary
• Do not freeze it; trichomes turn brittle and snap off when they thaw

Grinding and using it

Dense flower grinds best by hand or in a grinder with only a few turns, so you keep a fluffy texture instead of dust. That gives an even burn in a joint and a cleaner flavour in a bowl or dry-herb vaporizer.
