Who this strength is for

A 100mg capsule is four times the amount in our entry bottle. We point people here when they are already taking several lower-strength capsules at once and want fewer pills, not as a first purchase.

If you are new to CBD, our 25mg CBD capsules are the sensible place to begin, and the 50mg capsules sit in between.

Using it

Take capsules with water as directed on the label. Capsules cannot be split, so a 100mg capsule is always a full 100mg. That is the main trade-off versus a tincture, where you can choose a smaller amount.

Making a large bottle last

At 2,500mg in total, this is one of the largest CBD capsule bottles we carry. Keep it sealed, in a cool dry cupboard rather than a steamy bathroom, so the capsules keep their shape and do not stick together.

If you split your routine between morning and evening, two lower-strength capsules may suit you better than one large one. Our team is happy to talk through which bottle fits the way you use CBD.

Check the expiry date printed on the bottle, and do not use capsules that look cracked or discoloured.

Never take a 100mg capsule alongside other CBD products without checking the total amount you are taking across all of them.
