If you are looking for a Brossard dispensary with a real range of vape pens, Bear’s Den Cannabis is about an hour away on the other side of Montreal. We are a single, Indigenous-women-owned shop at 1510B Rang Ste-Philomène in Kanesatake, near Oka, and South Shore shoppers have been crossing the river to see us since 2018.
To be clear: we have no store in Brossard, we do not deliver, and we do not sell online or ship. You call ahead, we set your order aside, and you pick it up at our counter.
Vape pens: what Brossard shoppers come in for
Many vape shops around the South Shore sell nicotine products. We are different: we carry cannabis vapes, with THC and CBD options in the formats people ask us about most. Our range is pre-filled pens and disposables, so if you are hunting for dry-herb vaporizer hardware, call before you drive.
THC vape pens
Our THC vape pens include Drizzle Switch, Heisenberg Extractions and Pegasus, from single-flavour pens to dual-flavour and three-in-one devices.
Disposable vapes
Our disposable vapes are ready to use out of the box, with nothing to fill. The range includes Ghost Factory, Pegasus Live and Drizzle Switch, and we also carry El Patrón Silver disposable pens.
CBD vapes
Prefer no THC? Our CBD vapes are Plant of Life disposable pens in a few flavours, a simple option if you want to skip THC. Health questions belong with a licensed practitioner.
How we help you choose the best vape pen
When someone asks us for the best vape pen, we ask three questions first:
- THC or CBD? That decides which shelf we start on.
- Disposable or rechargeable? In our view, disposables are simplest for occasional use, and rechargeable pens suit regular users.
- One flavour or more? Dual-flavour and three-in-one pens let you switch without carrying several devices.
New to vaping? Start with one or two small puffs and wait before taking more. Everything else, from flower and hash to edibles, is on our full cannabis menu.
The drive from Brossard and the South Shore
Distance: roughly 70 to 80 km, usually a little over an hour, and longer at rush hour or when the bridges are busy.
Route: cross the Samuel De Champlain Bridge, then head north through Montreal, either on Autoroute 15 into Laval or on Autoroute 40 west to Autoroute 13 north. Both lead to Autoroute 640 west; follow it past Saint-Eustache and Deux-Montagnes to its end, then take Route 344 west through Oka, where it becomes Rang Ste-Philomène. Saint-Lambert, Longueuil, La Prairie and Candiac drivers follow much the same path.
Use Google Maps to get directions to 1510B Rang Ste-Philomène with live traffic. If you are starting on the island, our Montreal page has routes from each part of the city.

Shopping around in Brossard
On the South Shore, the SQDC operates as Quebec’s government cannabis retailer. It is the provincially authorized option, and many people shop there.
What we offer is an Indigenous-women-owned shop with fair everyday pricing and a team that explains formats without pushing. We think that is worth the hour.
The legal picture, told straight
The SQDC is Quebec’s only government-authorized cannabis retailer. In Quebec, the minimum age is 21, public possession is limited to 30 grams of dried cannabis or its equivalent, and home growing is prohibited.
Bear’s Den operates outside that system, under asserted Indigenous-sovereignty principles on Sovereign Kanesatake Mohawk Territory. That is our own position. We are not the SQDC, and we do not speak for federal or provincial authorities. Please never drive high.
